After founding as a manufacturer specializing in the machining of cemented carbide, we have been making every effort to innovate our technology. With the advance of machining technology, we have also expand our business to various fields including the highly accurate machining of precise metallic molds. In recent years, highly advanced machine tools are able to process the parts with the accuracy of micrometers and nanometers.

The parts used for electronics and semiconductors are constantly becoming smaller and smaller. Micro miniature parts will be required for development of the next-generation micro machines. To cope with this trend, toward further downsizing of these parts, we are pushing ahead with research on ultra-high-precision machining at the sub-micron level. We are pursuing the establishment of high technologies which are human-friendly, by integrating human factors, software, and hardware into each manufacturing processes.

We intend to continue manufacturing in domestic for many years to come. As the important basis of production, “Technical Center” began its operations in 2013 at Kikuyo, Kumamoto. This factory fully equipped with various advanced machines and suitable environment for ultra precision processing. Many companies expand their presence around the world, but we will keep working to maintain the domestic production base for many more years.
