Using the high-performance fluid simulation software “scFLOW,” we analyze the flow characteristics of parts in advance and provide recommendations based on our findings.
We can visualize and analyze the flow characteristics required for nozzle parts and other components in applications such as adsorption and coating. This enables a significant reduction in the number of prototypes and serves as a precise design simulation prior to manufacturing.
We have developed our proprietary DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating, designed to maximize wear resistance and hardness to the utmost degree. We are happy to provide recommendations tailored to your specific applications.
