With micron-level precision machining technology,
we help our customers achieve “improved yield” and “longer service life.”

01

Collets & Nozzles

We provide collets and nozzles, the core components of semiconductor manufacturing equipment (die bonders, dispensers). By applying a mirror finish (lapping) to the inner surface, we dramatically improve material fluidity, solving coating process issues such as "dripping" and "clogging." We can also manufacture hybrid types using different materials like resin, ceramic, or carbide at the tip.

Main Products Handled

  • Die Bonding Equipment Parts
  • Wire Bonder Peripherals
  • Flip-Chip Mounting Tools
  • Ejector Needles
  • Potting Nozzles
  • Transfer Arms & Hands
03

Precision Metallic Die Parts

We manufacture press and molding die parts for a wide range of fields, including electronic components (connectors, etc.), automotive parts (motor cores, etc.), and medical-related products. By combining direct carving with Nano Machining Centers and manual lapping by skilled craftsmen, we achieve sub-micron precision clearances.

04

Precision Machine Parts

We handle high-mix, low-volume precision parts machining, such as prototype parts for FA equipment, robots, and automotive development. We bring complex shapes (impellers, spiral shapes, etc.) and difficult-to-cut materials to life using the latest simultaneous 5-axis machining centers and artisan skills.

Precision Machine Parts

Main Applications & Fields

  • FA & Automation: Robot hands, transfer arms, positioning jigs
  • Automotive: Prototype engine parts, sensor housings
  • Aerospace: Fuel injection nozzles, turbine blades

SOAR Coat (Original DLC)

Our proprietary DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating features exceptionally high hardness and superior surface smoothness. Excellent adhesion is achieved through optimized pretreatment processes and our original coating technology, addressing one of the key challenges of conventional DLC coatings. It helps extend the service life of press die components and consumable parts.

SOAR Coat (Original DLC)

Features of the SOAR Coat

High Hardness Achieves a hardness rating of up to HV7000 class
Excellent Adhesion Superior adhesion performance with an HF1 rating
Low Friction Reduces adhesive wear and provides excellent sliding performance
06

PCD (sintered diamond) parts

Wear-resistant tools and parts utilizing PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond), which possesses a lifespan dozens of times longer than cemented carbide. With our unique machining know-how, we realize the processing of complex PCD shapes and robust brazing to base materials, which were previously considered difficult. This dramatically reduces the frequency of part replacement, lowering running costs and improving production efficiency.

PCD (sintered diamond) parts

Main PCD Products

  • Baritol (Auto deburring tool)
  • PCD Positioning Pins
  • Wear-resistant Guides & Rails
  • PCD Cutters & Blades

Laser-Weld Cladding

This is an ultra-fine, non-thermal processing technology that utilizes nano- and femtosecond lasers. We offer innovative processing methods that expand the possibilities of materials, such as creating “coloring (structural color)” and adding “water-repellent and water-attracting properties” by imparting fine, uneven textures to metal surfaces. Because the thermal impact is minimal, this technology enables fine machining without burrs.

Laser-Weld Cladding

Main Examples of Processing

  • Structural color coating process
  • Micro-groove and Texturing
  • Water-repellent and water-attracting properties
  • Micro QR Code Engraving

Equipment Assembly

We offer comprehensive services that extend beyond precision machining technology to include the design and manufacture of automated equipment utilizing robots. Leveraging the expertise we’ve gained in labor-saving measures and productivity improvements at our own factory, we provide total support from the conceptual stage through assembly and evaluation.

Equipment Assembly

Case Study: Automatic Electrode Cleaning Machine

This is a device we developed in-house that automates the cleaning process (previously performed manually) for electrodes used in metalworking by combining a collaborative robot with a cleaning unit.

Operational Flow

Operator loads the tray → Robot transports the electrodes → Cleaning with cleaning solution → Air-blow drying → Automatic return to the tray after cleaning.

The design anticipates the future redeployment of the robot to other processes or different equipment, and this project exemplifies our technical expertise in “Robot System Integration.”
