Nakayama Precision Co., Ltd. was founded in 1969 by my parents as a small local factory in Osaka. We started modestly by taking orders for wire drawing dies, but as we gradually responded to our customers' requests of "Can you make something like this?", we expanded our scope of work and have grown to where we are today.
One of the most important principles I have cherished in management is "valuing our people and surviving together with our employees." We have experienced numerous crises, such as economic downturns and natural disasters, but protecting our employees and accumulating technological capabilities have created the greatest strength of Nakayama Precision today.
We are strongly committed to "continuing to manufacture things ourselves." Even amidst the trend of manufacturing bases shifting overseas, we have persistently maintained our commitment to manufacturing in Japan.
This is because we believe that continuing to solve problems on the manufacturing floor by ourselves is what leads to true technological capability.
Today, we conduct high-quality manufacturing in a clean and well-organized processing environment equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a wide range of processing technologies. We are also actively taking on the challenge of developing cutting-edge technologies that our competitors do not handle.
Moving forward, we will not be a company that merely makes what we are told according to drawings. Based on the trusting relationships we have cultivated over many years, we want to be a partner who proposes "Why don't we try this?" through research and development, solving our customers' challenges together. In the field of precision manufacturing, we aim to become an indispensable technical partner (a high brand in the manufacturing world) for our customers—a company that makes them say, "When in trouble, let's consult Nakayama Precision first," and "We can't do without Nakayama Precision."
Furthermore, we are now ready to offer the highly advanced precision machining technology we have cultivated in Japan to the world, and we are fully prepared to supply our high-quality products to overseas customers.
In addition to our existing parts processing and equipment design, we will take on challenges in new areas such as the aviation business, continuously evolving.
